Marjoram is sweeter and spicier than oregano, but used in much the same way.
This herb is great combined with garlic, onion, thyme or basil and you can even harvest the flowers for salads.


Uses: Bruise fresh leaves before adding to your recipe. Add near the end of cooking to capture the most flavor
